At Oxford Pennant, we want you to love your felt goods as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all standard, non-custom items. Please ensure all returned merchandise is in its original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original packaging.
Pack and Ship
Carefully roll your pennants or flags (do not fold) and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
After our workshop receives and inspects your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
